Class Descriptions

Yin/Restorative Yoga: Restore the body… This slow-paced practice can help relieve pain, tension, stress, and anxiety by holding poses (asana) to improve mobility, stability, flexibility, and overall well-being. You will leave this class restored and relaxed.

Slow Flow: The world around you slows down… With this gentle flow, you will move through different postures at your own pace, focusing on the breath and longer holds.

Power Yoga: Build heat, burn calories, and improve endurance with this faster-paced strength-building yoga practice. Transform your body and your spirit!

Mommy & Me: Our Mommy & Me classes are a way to expose your child to the yoga world, while fostering quality time with Mom. In addition, moms get to release stress and anxiety, stretch and tone their entire body, gain confidence and recharge their batteries.

Vin & Yin: The marriage of a Warrior Flow and Restorative Yoga.

Warrior Flow: Your Vinyasa yoga practice, where each movement is connected to the breath. Flow from one yoga pose (asana) to another seamlessly. Create strength in your body and mind with sun salutations, standing poses, balance, core, backbends, twists, dynamic stretches, forward folds, and meditation.

Yin: Renew your week with a Yin class set to an uplifting playlist. Uplifting music set the mood for this refreshing Yin practice.

Yoga Blend: Combination of Vinyasa flow and body weight conditioning. Warming up with Sun Salutations sequences and slowly building up some heat by targeting different muscle groups with bodyweight strength training. You will improve your balance, flexibility, stability, mobility, and posture. The goal is to strengthen, tone, and sculpt the body in less than an hour.

Barre Blend: Target your muscles and tone your body with high reps and low impact movements. Fun, challenging, and high energy! Be ready to transform physically and mentally.
