Nadene Richter

Functional Medicine Health Coach

Originally from South Africa, Nadene moved to Mount Pleasant in 2015 with her husband and 2 children.

Her journey to wellness is not new. Since infancy, she struggled with severe food sensitivities, immune dysregulation, debilitating eczema and gastrointestinal symptoms. "I took more courses of antibiotics than I care to count. My life was only tolerable when I was getting steroid shots and using steroid creams to get relief from eczema. I was frustrated and had exhausted all conventional medical options". After making many strategic and lasting lifestyle changes, she was able to completely turn her health around.

This experience and knowledge prompted her to become a Certified Health Coach. However, she wanted to understand WHY symptoms and disease occur in the first place. She went on to achieve her AFMC Certification through The School of Applied Functional Medicine and now sees clients in person and virtually to achieve the vibrant health they DESIRE and DESERVE!
