Focusing on daily yoga practice, meditation, teaching group fitness, and connecting with others helped her overcome challenging times. She is certified as a health and mindset coach and is now on a journey to helping others through their struggles.
Virginie puts her heart into every class she teaches and offers her creative approach to your yoga practice. Find her on instagram @vszenden.

Megan Buchholz
Yoga Teacher
Megan started her yoga journey in high school as a compliment to the high intensity sports she played. Over the years, her practice evolved, and now the mental and spiritual benefits of the practice are even more valuable than the physical benefits. She believes yoga should
be accessible to all bodies and all practitioners. Her adult classes balance strength and flexibility, ease and challenges, and movement and stillness.
After earning her initial teacher training, Megan knew something was missing, so she completed Kids Yoga Teacher Training. Her background in elementary and preschool education combined with her passion for yoga, made kids yoga the perfect fit. Her kids practice includes songs, games, props, books, and more. She combines physical activity with mindfulness instruction all in a safe and loving space. When Megan's not on her mat, she and her husband are trying to keep up with their three active kids.

Yoga Teacher
Lover of Christ, people, and all things hippie. New mom, California born, Texas raised. I've been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 5. 200 RYT through LifePower, founder of Seventh Day Wellness, and licensed massage therapist.
Called to Serve…
At age 11 I discovered my ministry. My mother suffers from migraines, and I learned that, using my hands, I could facilitate relief from her symptoms. God had placed a calling onto my life to become a massage therapist, a healer, and I never looked back. After getting my Bachelor’s, I graduated from Cortiva and became an LMT in Texas. There, I practices massage therapy, alongside other bodywork, for 7 years. Now licensed in South Carolina, I look forward to helping a new community with their aches, stresses, and sleeplessness.

As an athlete in high school, my favorite part of our workouts were the stretching at the end. I always wanted more; going home to spend an hour of my time just stretching. I discovered a program that evolved stretching into a mentally-focusing, muscle-developing, balance-facilitating practice called Yoga. After years of practice, on my own and in-class experience, I was blessed with the opportunity to teach at my local gym. I received my 200hr with LifePower Yoga, and now have 5 years background of leading others, through yoga, to creating their own health.
